ALEX CURTIS is a writer, comedian, and actor based in Brooklyn, New York. His critically acclaimed solo show, CHALK (a silent comedy.) has been featured in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, The NY Fringe Festival, and the Gotham Storytelling Festival, among others. KOREAN LANGUAGE LESSONS
M.J. KANG (she/her) is a playwright, actor, and director, based in Los Angeles and Montreal. She’s recently been awarded The Breath Project New Play Award 2022. Her plays will be produced by Shakespeare in Action, Workman Arts and Enrichment Works this season. She continues to be part of the Playwrights Group at Company of Angels (second year), The Barrow Group’s Restorative Stories with Seth Barrish (second year,) and is part of the Writer’s Pool at Playground-LA. She’s had her plays produced at Son of Semele, Pan Asian Rep, Theater Passe Muraille, Tarragon Theater, Factory Theater, Blyth Festival Theater and others, as well as been playwright in residence at Nightwood Theater and Theater Passe Muraille. She’s nominated for a Dora Mavor Moore Award for Best New Play and has received other awards, fellowships, and nominations.
MIA SAFDIE (Musician) is a middle school student and loves playing harp, piano, flute. and clarinet. Her achievements in music include; California All-State Band, SCSBOA - twice, Young Composers Project for American Harp Society's Summit Conference, first place winner of Los Angeles Youth Harp's Solo Competition, among many others. In her spare time, she loves learning languages and is currently studying ASL, Korean, and Hebrew.

LINDSEY HOPE PEARLMAN is a director, playwright and actor specializing in new plays and musicals. Her short film ONE WOMAN MOVIE won Best Short at the 2021 NYC Indie Theatre Film Festival sponsored by the New Ohio. She received a 2022 NYSCA commission for her new play ROAR!. Her play Lucy received an EST/Sloan Commission, and her play Viv is for Vengeance received Honorable Mention from the American Playwriting Foundation Relentless Awards.
